Terms of Service

By accessing Nuclion.io services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Publisher Eligibility & Compliance

The Publisher represents and warrants that it owns or has full legal authorization to monetize all websites, applications, and digital properties made available through the Nuclion.io platform.

All properties must comply with applicable laws and regulations and adhere to Nuclion.io's brand safety standards. The Publisher shall not provide inventory containing illegal, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.

The Publisher acknowledges that Nuclion.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate monetization of any property that violates these standards.

2. Payment Terms

All revenue reporting reflected on the Nuclion.io platform dashboard represents net revenue and shall serve as the final and binding basis for reporting and invoicing purposes.

Payment shall be made on a NET 60 basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Publisher shall review and confirm finalized monthly revenue via the Nuclion.io finance dashboard and issue the corresponding invoice no later than the 15th day of the following month. Failure to submit the invoice within this timeframe may result in payment delay.

Payments are subject to a minimum threshold of $500. Any balance below this amount shall roll over to the subsequent month.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the Nuclion logo, proprietary header bidding technologies, CTV SDKs, infrastructure, scripts, and related documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Nuclion.io.

Nothing herein shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, sublicensing, or modification is strictly prohibited.
