1. Information We Collect
Nuclion.io operates as a supply-side advertising technology platform (SSP) facilitating programmatic advertising across Web and Connected TV (CTV) environments.
In connection with providing these services, we may process certain technical and device-related information including IP address, device identifiers (such as advertising IDs and CTV device IDs), browser and device type, operating system, approximate geolocation data, and ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and bid responses).
Nuclion.io does not intentionally collect directly identifiable personal information such as names, email addresses, or contact details.
2. How We Use the Information
We process data strictly for legitimate advertising technology purposes, including facilitating real-time bidding (RTB) transactions, optimizing auction performance, enabling frequency capping, preventing fraud, ensuring brand safety compliance, and generating aggregated performance reports for publishers and demand partners.
Nuclion.io does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with authorized demand partners, advertisers, DSPs, and measurement providers solely for the execution of advertising transactions.
3. Cookies, SDKs and Tracking Technologies
Our platform uses industry-standard cookies, server-to-server integrations, and CTV SDK technologies to support ad serving, attribution, frequency management, and fraud prevention.
Where required by applicable laws, including GDPR and similar regulations, consent signals are respected through publisher-integrated Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).
Users may manage cookie preferences through browser settings or via consent mechanisms made available on publisher properties.
4. Data Sharing and Role
Depending on the integration model, Nuclion.io may act as an independent data controller in relation to auction processing or as a data processor on behalf of publishers.
We share data only with contractual partners bound by appropriate data protection and confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill advertising, fraud monitoring, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance purposes.
6. Data Subject Rights
Where applicable under data protection laws, individuals may exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data.
Requests may be submitted via privacy@nuclion.io.
